Beachin' Body Contouring and Aesthetics has been serving the Surf City beachin' area since 2024. Founded by Theresa Thigpen, Beachin' Body provides services to make everyone look and feel their best.

Payment for Bookings

  • When booking an appointment, 50% of total service fee will be charged to hold/confirm the date/time. This payment is nonrefundable. Remaining balance will be paid in full before treatment session on the service date.

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

Self-Scheduling

  • You can book online via the booking tab or link at least 48 hours before your desired time.

Same Day Booking

  • Same day appointments can NOT be made through the booking tab. 

  • PLEASE CALL or TEXT 910-886-6978 for availability.

*After booking is confirmed, please check your email (that was used for booking) within 24-48 hours for contracts to provide an e-signature before the appointment date.

Cancellation Policy

  • If there is a need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, we ask for a 48-hour notice.

  • Clients are able to reschedule and cancel upcoming appointments by clicking on the Change/Cancel Appointment button in their confirmation email sent after booking, or via phone.

  • NO CALL/NO SHOW for scheduled appointments will be charged the FULL service price.

  • A NO CALL/NO SHOW is defined as no contact (no phone call, text, or email) at all BEFORE your scheduled appointment time to notify us that you will not be able to make it. 

Reschedule

  • Please reschedule no later than 48 hours of your appointment date

  • If rescheduling is within 48 hours of service date/time, then client will be subject to an additional $20 fee at date of new appointment 

  • Clients have up to 30 days to choose a new date and time for your next appointment. After 30 days, you forfeit your deposit and will have to book a new appointment. 

  • Your service time will not be extended due to your lateness, resulting in a deducted overall treatment session time. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you arrive on time

  • Lateness that exceeds 15 minutes will require you to re-schedule

Rescheduling and Cancellation for Packages 

  • All packages must be completed within 90 days from date of the first session

  • No refunds or substitutions for remaining sessions

  • Package will be deemed null and void after 90 days of first session
